Working Principle

The tube is driven into the soil or anchored at the base and positioned alongside the plant. The trunk or stem is secured with flexible ties. Wind and canopy loads are transferred along the tube to the ground. The hollow section places material at the perimeter, maximizing bending stiffness per unit weight. Its semi-rigid construction maintains vertical alignment while allowing slight natural movement, which promotes stronger trunk caliper and root development. The hollow core can also serve as an internal conduit for drip irrigation lines or cables.
